We reserved 150 cars for this 2-car vinyl
top/convertible project. Backyard Conversions has been
commissioned to produce ONLY
75 1968 Pontiac GTOs with a black vinyl
top treatment for PYE. These will be converted from our
2003 5th Anniversary GTO. These are 400 4-barrel Ram Air
II 4-speed cars. Many extra details were included with
this car including PYE’s own Pontiac Rally II Wheels.
Backyard Conversions will prepare the roof area for
the application of a realistic black vinyl top material
that replicates the look and feel of an actual vinyl
roof. BYC will then add the two vinyl seams that run
parallel with the edges of the roof line. They will then
add the silver trim that surrounds the vinyl roof area,
the side rain gutters and windows. Vintage vanity Ohio
license plates will be installed on the bumpers and a
“I OF SEVENTY-FIVE” decal will
adorn the front of the box.
Cost for the GTO Vinyl Top Car is $79.95 plus $7.50
shipping & handling.
