Limited Edition replica of the "Don Grotheer" 1968 Barracuda Super Stock Hemi drag car. Supercar Limited Edition of ONLY 630 cars made..!
The race day paint is duplicated right down to the real GOLD FOIL lettering. When receiving one of the original Super Stock Hemi Barracuda's, Grotheer went on to terrorize the drag strips with this car. Don won numerous events, plus he hosted some factory "Performance Clinics" for Chrysler.
The 1:18 die cast version has a lift off hood, detailed 426 Hemi cross-ram race motor, complete with plug wires, dual fuel filers, fuel lines, and even metal brake lines running to the master cylinder. Features also include correct style hinges for the opening doors and opening trunk (battery in the trunk) a detailed interior with real cloth seat belts, and the undercarriage is a detailed chassis with open headers, rotating driveshaft with rear wheels, Keystone Mag wheels, with slicks & skinnies.Check out the cool multi colored paint job with the Gold Foil lettering..!
