This is a "Pre-Production Prototype Sample Car from Hwy. 61 / Diecast Promotions".

I have acquired several prototype "sample" cars from many manufactures in the last 29 plus years of being in business, I will be periodically adding them to the web site in the "** Factory Sample * Prototype Cars **" section located on the left margin under the "Special Interest" tab.

I purchased this sample car directly from Fred Ertl III.

This is a Rare One-Off Factory Pre-Production Sample Car..!

This Sample Car is in near mint condition. No missing or broken items, great paint.

Comes with a Certificate Of Authenticity.

The car you see in these photos is the car we will ship out. This sample car comes in a Sample Box. We will pack very carefully & secure.

* This Sample Car was never released into production..!

* This Sample Car was painted 806 Adobe Beige with Imperial Ivory top.

* This Sample Car has the 283 Cubic Inch "Power Pack" 2-4bbls....but it has the "Fuel Injection: emblems on the fenders.

* Sample Car is missing the V.I.N. plate on drivers door jam.

* The rear speaker grill should be painted black.

* Note the factory description written on the inner box clam shell. It was never issued a Hwy. 61 Stock Number.

* Comes with a "Certificate Of Authenticity"..!
