I purchased this sample car directly from Fred Ertl III / Hwy. 61.

The car is in excellent condition, clean, no missing or broken parts..!

This sample car does not come in a box..!

This is a Rare Factory Sample Car..!

*~*~* Some of the issues on this Sample Car that was corrected for the production cars. (As seen in these photos.) *~*~*

* This Sample Car has "SILVER" rear wheels...production cars are "Black".

* The SAMPLE CAR has the wrong exhaust headers, these are standard headers...production cars had the "FENDER WELL" style exhaust headers.

* Sample Car just has regular exhaust headers & collectors...production cars had a full dual exhaust with "cut-outs".

* NOTE: the size of the "PLYMOUTH" lettering on hood...it is too large of font. Corrected on production cars.

* NOTE: the size of the "PLYMOUTH" lettering on rear trunk lid...it is too large of font. Corrected on production cars.

* NOTE: the size of the "Belvedere II" front fender emblem on passenger side...it is too large, it was corrected on production cars.

* NOTE: The rear license plate,...it is an "Illinois" state plate...it should be a "Minnesota" state plate reading:"3M TA3"

* NOTE: The factory hand written stock number tag on the chassis.
