I purchased this sample car directly from Fred Ertl III / Highway 61 Collectibles.

The car is in excellent condition, clean, no missing or broken parts..!

This sample car does not come in a box..!

This is a Rare Factory Sample Car..!

*~*~* Some of the issues on this Sample Car that was corrected for the production cars. (As seen in these photos.) *~*~*

* The front Mag Wheels are the wrong type...they should be Cragar S/S mag wheels.

* Sample Car has the wrong engine...should be a 426 Hemi with FUEL INJECTORS.

* Sample Car has the Super Stock Hemi with Dual Cross Ram Carburetors...missing the fuel injectors.

* NOTE: The Intake Manifold - Carburetors & Fuel Lines are installed backwards.!

* Sample Car is missing the dash mounted Tachometer & Tach. Wire.

* NOTE: The hood is the wrong metal hood, should be a PLASTIC HOOD.

* ALSO, the sample cars hood does not have the hood pin grommets.

* ALSO: The cut out on the hood has the wrong Cut-Out for the Fuel Injectors, this cut out is for the dual carb Hemi engine.

* NOTE: Highway 61 "Red Dotted Line" for the correct hood cut-out. Noted for China.

* NOTE: Highway 61 "Black Dotted Line" for the correct hood scoop cut out for the fuel injectors. Noted for China.

* Sample Car is missing the "PRND21" gear indicator decal on the steering column.

* Sample Car has the wrong rear bumper...it has a "HEMI-POWERED PLYMOUTH" decal....should be a plain chrome rear bumper.

* The rear License Plate is missing the "screw hole detail" & should be flat silver...not bright chrome.

* Sample Cars trunk mounted battery is missing the paint details that is on the production cars.

* The Sample Car is missing the "Roll Bars" that extend into the trunk, as on the production cars.

* The Sample Car does not have the "CHROME DANA REAR AXLE COVER".

* NOTE: The factory hand written stock number & date.

This is a replica AWB, AFX Plymouth. (tall fuel injectors) Fuel Injected Hemi drag car.

This car comes with a completed customizable decal sheet so you can create your own drag car with your own personal touches..!

Features include a lift off hood with hood pins, opening doors & trunk with correct style hinges, steerable front wheels, working suspension, rotating driveshaft with rear wheels.

Fully wired and plumbed 426 Hemi with the tall injectors, automatic transmission, Dana rear axle, accurate single seat race interior with cloth seat belts, carpet, Tach. on the dash, aftermarket gauges in the dash, roll bar, rear seat delete, parachute pull handle. The trunk opens to see the larger battery mounted back there with wiring and the fuel cell, the chassis has the moved forward front X-member, fuel pumps, and real metal leaf springs, rear parachute & Cragar S/S mag wheels with slicks & skinnies.

Very detailed..! With many more cool details that "The ORIGINAL" Highway 61 put into their cars.
