I purchased this sample car directly from Fred Ertl III / Hwy. 61.

The car is in excellent condition, clean, no missing or broken parts..!

This sample car does not come in a box..!

This is a Rare Factory Sample Car..!

*~*~* Some of the issues on this Sample Car that was corrected for the production cars. (As seen in these photos.) *~*~*

* This Sample Car has "red brake drums"...the production car had Black brake drums.

* This Sample Car is missing the "Cragar S/S" emblems on the wheel center caps.

* This Sample car had factory plugs for the two mirrors...the Race Car did NOT have the rear view mirrors. The doors were finished smooth for the production cars.

* The Production cars had an automatic transmission & an automatic trans brake pedal...this SAMPLE CAR has a clutch pedal & a manual transmission brake pedal.

* This sample car has the 4-speed transmission reverse indicator light on left side of dash...production cars automatic trans. cars did not have this.

* This Sample car is missing the aftermarket Tachometer on the steering column.

* The Sample car has a BLACK shift knob...the production cars shift knob is WHITE.

* This Sample Car has the wrong license plates...production cars Did NOT have any license plates when it raced.

* NOTE: The factory hand written stock number on gas tank.

* Comes with a CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY..!
