This is a Pre-Production Sample Car of the #1800811.

*** This car comes with a SIGNED & DATED letter of Authenticity from Tom Long, President of GMP. This car also has the SAMPLE plate attached to the bottom of the car in place of the serial number plate...this is the real deal..! As this is a sample car, it was sold & shipped from Tom in a #1801819 Mr. Gasket box.

The car & box are in MINT condition.

Die-cast metal body & frame, opening doors, Clamshell opening body (hood flips forward & body flips up), poseable steering, plumbed & wired engine, fabric seat belt harness, full roll cage, detailed interior & undercarriage, wheelie bar, parachute pack. 429 Twin Turbo, headers, ignition wires, engine wiring & hoses, throttle linkage, foot pedals, gauges, red & white candy striped seats and much-much more..!

This car debuted at the 1969 U.S. Nationals powered with a 427 SOHC Ford engine until 10/70. It was then changed to a Boss 429 with a 671 blower until 7/71 when it was changed again to a Twin Turbo Charger with approximately 1800 hp., and last raced 9/75. This car set 6 NHRA National records, won the 1969 U.S. National Super Eliminator, 1973-74 Gator Nationals Super Eliminator and 2 Best-Engineered awards. Best 1/4 mile time came in at 8.22 seconds @ 173.75 mph!
