This is a "Production Prototype Sample car from Hwy. 61 / Diecast Promotions".

I have acquired several prototype "sample" cars from many manufactures in the last 25 plus years of being in business & I will be periodically adding them to the web site in the "** Factory Sample * Prototype Cars **" section located on the left margin under the "Special Interest" tab.

This car was bought from Fred Ertl III, Hwy. 61.

This is a Rare One Off Factory Pre-Production Sample Car..!

As seen in the photos, this car was mistakenly equipped with the interior from the Black Widow 57 Chevy with the driver seat back side cushion. Another detail denoting this is a Sample Car is that no license plate designation was yet assigned to these cars...note the plain rear license. Production car's plate is: Michigan "PO-2385.

Comes with a Certificate Of Authenticity.

This Sample Car is in near perfect condition, it does have a missing passenger door handle. As this was a Sample Car, no box art was yet designed, so no box available. The car you see in these photos is the car we will ship out. We will pack very carefully & secure.
