This is an "Ezra Brooks" Bourbon Whiskey collectible decanter. Issue number 185. Heritage China. These were hand painted so each car is unique.

This was released in 1978 to commemorate the first time that Corvette was chosen to pace the Indianapolis 500 Race..!
