This car was acquired from "Fred Ertl III". I will be periodically adding these Sample Cars to the web site in the "** Factory Sample * Prototype Cars **" section located on the left margin under the "Special Interest" tab.

This Sample Car is in perfect condition. As this was a Sample Car, no box art was yet designed, so no box available.

***Please note the many inaccuracies on this sample car! As seen in the photos: the factory used a 1969 body instead of the 1968.(note the rectangular side marker lights) the wrong 1969 GTS hood, fender & tail panel emblems, the wrong Dodge emblem on the roof side panel. Note the wrong "ALL CHROME WHEELS" which is not correct, the body was cast without the wipers, there should NOT be a tachometer on the dash & the floor mats were not installed, license plates were the wrong color and the undercarriage was completely painted turquoise.

Very hard to find car in this color..! Released back in 2005.
