Dear Jeff:
We regret that there has been an error in the production of your Cortez
Silver Rally Sport "69 Camaro Cars. In production, your Camaro was to include a
painted Endura front bumper. Upon recieipt, we have found that the front bumper
is chrome. we apologize for this error.
In order to remedy the situation, corrected front bumpers will be produced
and air shipped to Dyersville. We estimate that it will take approximately 3 to
4 weeks to receive them. At which time names and addresses that are provided to
The Ertl Company, we will ship the new bumper to each of your customers, along
with an instruction sheet. They will then have the option of leaving the
existing chrome bumper on their unit, or replacing it with the new painted
bumper.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you or your customer.
